Because frankly, Yuki looks weird without her cowlick =/ (Kidding, kidding, don't hurt me >< ) I guess this is kinda like a sequel to "Poke the Cowlick" ^^ Yuki cuts her cowlick, which makes Ara sad, so the cowlick gods make Yuki have her cowlick again xD
